1 capsule per day. Cure for 2 months.
Can be repeated several times a year.
IN MAINTENANCE
1 capsule, 2 to 3 times a week all year round in case of low consumption of oily fish.
PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
1 capsule per day from the 5th month of pregnancy until the birth or until the end of the breastfeeding period.
