General terms & conditions of sale
Article 1: Scope
These General Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made through the website www.algorigin.com/en between a website user, hereinafter the “Customer”, and Algorigin Europe, hereinafter “Algorigin”, a company with registered capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 57 avenue du Maréchal Juin – 64200 Biarritz -France, and whose intra-community VAT number is FR40830276424.
The act of placing an order implies that the Customer accepts these General Terms & Conditions of Sale, completely and without any reservations. No agreement or commitment, without the formal written acceptance of Algorigin, may prevail over these Terms & Conditions of Sale. Any contrary clause put forward by the Customer shall, in the absence of express acceptance by Algorigin, be unenforceable against Algorigin, regardless of when it may have become aware of such clause put forward by the Customer.
Article 2: Price
Prices shown are in euros and are inclusive of all taxes in the sending country, excluding shipping costs. They may be subject to modifications. The items ordered are billed on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is registered.
The price is payable at the time of the order, in full and in a single payment. All orders are billed in euros and payable in euros. For deliveries outside France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Article 3: Orders
Orders may be made on the website www.algorigin.com/en.
The contractual information is presented in English and acceptance will be confirmed, at the latest, at the moment your order is validated.
Algorigin reserves the rights to not register a payment and/or to not confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of a supply problem or any difficulty relating to the order received.
Article 4: Shipping charges
Shipping charges include a flat fee for the costs of handling and shipping. Standard delivery fees’s amount is 5.90€. They are the Customer’s responsibility and are billed at the end of the order process, added to the costs of the products being purchased. They are applicable for shipping within the European Community. Standard delivery fees are offered for order from 49€ (tax included).
Article 5: Payment
The Customer may pay for his or her order:
- by credit card via the Stripe environment, securely and without having to create an account.
- by Paypal.
Article 6: Order processing
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 14:00 are processed and shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 14:00 are processed on the following day. In the event of a delay in preparing an order, the Customer will be notified via email. In such an event, and as long as the order has not yet been shipped, the Customer will be able to cancel the order and be reimbursed in full.
Article 7: Retractation
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a retraction period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, during which the Customer may exercise his or her right of retraction without having to justify such retraction or pay any penalty.
Returns are to be made in their original and complete state (including all packaging, accessories, usage instructions, etc.) This is the Customer’s responsibility. Any damage to the product in such cases may constitute a waiver of the right of retraction.
The product should be sent in its original packaging, at the Customer’s expense, to the following address:

In the event of an exercise of the right of retraction, Algorigin will proceed to refund the amounts paid, within a period of 14 days following notification of the Customer’s request.
Such refund may be made via the same method of payment that was used for the order.
Article 8: Availability
Algorigin’s products are offered as long as they are shown on the website www.algorigin.com. In the event that products become unavailable after the Customer’s order has been placed, Algorigin will inform the customer via email.
Article 9: Complaints
All complaints or requests for exchanges or refunds must be submitted to the email address email@example.com or by phone at +33 (0) 4 85 80 00 49 within a period of 14 days after delivery.
The products must be returned to Algorigin in the state in which the Customer received them, including all of their elements (e.g., accessories, packaging, usage instructions, etc.) The shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer on the basis of the price billed, and the return costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent the Customer from exercising the right of retraction under Article 7.
Article 10: Liability
Algorigin cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper usage of any purchased product.
Additionally, Algorigin cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of its website(s), such as a disruption in service, a third-party intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11: Transfer of ownership / transfer of rish
The transfer of ownership of the products in favor of the Customer shall happen only after the price has been paid in full by the Customer, regardless of the date of delivery of the products in question. On the other hand, the transfer of risk of loss or spoilage of the products shall happen upon receipt by the Customer of the products in question.
Article 12: Application law
The language of the present contract is English. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 13: Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.algorigin.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Algorigin. No one is authorized to reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise make use of any element of the site, be it software, visual, or audio, for any purpose, in whole or in part. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of Algorigin.
Article 14: Personal data
Algorigin reserves the right to collect personal data and information regarding website users. These data and information are necessary for managing each Customer’s order, as well as for improving the services and information that we offer our users. They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, as well as to those responsible for carrying out services and orders, for purposes of management, execution, processing, and payment.
These data and information are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, users and customers have rights to access, correct, and contest any personal data and information that relates to them, directly on the website.
Article 15: Records
Algorigin will keep records of purchase orders and bills on a reliable and durable medium, representing faithful copies under the provisions of Article 1348 of the French civil code.
Algorigin’s computerized records are hereby considered by all concerned parties to be evidence of the communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
