Delivery costs and conditions

- We cover the shipping costs for your purchases throughout Switzerland, from an order value of CHF 69 (contribution to shipping costs of CHF 6.90 for orders under CHF 69).

- The goods are shipped the same day , if the order is placed before 5 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

- Goods are only delivered to Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

- The goods are normally delivered within 2 or 3 working days by Swiss Post, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

- The prices shown on the product page are prices in Swiss francs (CHF). They include VAT and other price components. The seller may withdraw from the contract if delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's fault after two delivery attempts. In this case, any payments made will be refunded.

 

    Right of return

    - Customers are entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. They exercise this right by returning the goods. A justification is not required.

      - Exercising the right of return transforms the sales contract into a cancellation relationship, in which the services received under the sales contract must be returned. The return costs are borne by the consumer.


    - The sales price already paid is refunded to the customer after receipt of the goods. In order to identify the products received, the customer must communicate the details of their returned products by email to info@algorigin.com .

     

    - A reduction of the sales price to be reimbursed or an invoice due to possible damage, excessive wear and tear or, to the extent agreed, the shipping costs of the goods remains reserved. There is no reduction if the loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods necessary to establish their nature, properties and proper functioning.


    - The seller is entitled to refuse reimbursement until he has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first being decisive.


    - Sealed products or those with a first opening guarantee can only be returned if they have not been opened. The right of return is excluded for opened products.
