Delivery charges and terms
- We cover the shipping costs of your purchases throughout Switzerland for orders of CHF 69 or more (a shipping contribution of CHF 6.90 applies to orders under CHF 69).- Goods are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 5 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Goods are delivered only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- Goods are normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days by Swiss Post, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- Prices shown on the product page are in Swiss francs (CHF). They include VAT and other price components. The seller may withdraw from the contract if delivery of the goods fails through the customer’s fault after two delivery attempts. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.
Right of return
- Customers are entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. They exercise this right by sending the goods back. No reason needs to be given.

- Exercising the right of return converts the sales contract into a cancellation relationship, under which any services received under the sales contract must be returned. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
- The purchase price already paid is refunded to the customer once the goods have been received. To identify the products received, the customer must send the details of the returned products by email to info@algorigin.com.
- The seller reserves the right to reduce the purchase price to be refunded, or to invoice the customer, for any damage, excessive wear or, where agreed, the shipping costs of the goods. No reduction applies if the loss of value results from handling the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
- The seller is entitled to withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
- Sealed products or products with a tamper-evident seal may only be returned if they have not been opened. The right of return does not apply to opened products.
