Delivery fees and conditions

-We cover the shipping costs of your purchases throughout Switzerland, from an order value of CHF 69 (contribution to the shipping costs of CHF 6.90 for lower orders at CHF 69).

-The goods are shipped the same day, if the order is placed before 5 p.m. (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

- The goods are only delivered to Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

- The goods are normally delivered within 2 or 3 working days by Swiss Post, unless otherwise indicated in the offer.

- The prices on the product page are prices in Swiss francs (CHF). They include VAT and other elements of the price. The seller may withdraw from the contract if delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer after two delivery attempts. Where applicable, payments made are refunded.

 

    Right of return

    - Customers are entitled to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. They exercise this right by returning the goods. Justification is not required.

     - Exercising the right of return transforms the sales contract into a cancellation report, in which the services received under the sales contract must be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.


    - The sales price already paid is refunded to the customer after receipt of the goods. In order to identify the products received, the customer must communicate the details of his returned products by email to info@algorigin.com .

     

    - Remains reserved a reduction in the sales price to be reimbursed or an invoicing due to possible damage, excessive wear or, to the extent agreed, shipping costs of the goods. There is no reduction if the loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods necessary to establish their nature, properties and proper functioning.


    - The seller is entitled to refuse reimbursement until he has received the returned goods or the customer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever event occurs first being decisive.


    - Products sealed or with a first-open guarantee can only be returned if they have not been opened. The right of return is excluded for opened products.
