Shipping costs and conditions

- We cover the shipping costs of your purchases throughout Switzerland, from an order value of CHF 69 (shipping costs of CHF 6.90 for orders under CHF 69).

- Goods are dispatched the same day, if the order is placed before 5pm. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- Goods are only delivered within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

- Goods are normally delivered within 2 or 3 working days by Swiss Post, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

- Prices shown on the product page are in Swiss francs (CHF). They include VAT and other price components. The seller may withdraw from the contract if delivery of the goods fails through the customer's fault after two delivery attempts. In this case, any payments made will be refunded.

    Right of return

    - Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. They exercise this right by returning the goods. No justification is required.

    - Exercising the right of return transforms the sales contract into a cancellation relationship, in which the services received under the sales contract must be returned. The cost of returning goods is borne by the consumer.


    - The purchase price already paid is refunded to the customer after receipt of the goods. In order to identify the products received, the customer must send details of the returned products by e-mail to info@algorigin.com.

    - We reserve the right to reduce the purchase price to be reimbursed or to invoice for any damage, excessive wear or, to the extent agreed, the cost of shipping the goods. There shall be no reduction if the loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods necessary to ascertain their nature, properties and proper functioning.


    - The seller is entitled to refuse reimbursement until it has received the returned goods or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.


    - Sealed products or products with a first-opening guarantee can only be returned if they have not been opened. The right of return is excluded for opened products.
