FIGHTING AGAINST IRON DEFICIENCIES

Ironis a mineral essential for the proper functioning of the body. Essential for transporting oxygen to the muscles, it is the central atom of red blood cells. It is mainly provided by animal products but also by certain plants, its digestibility varying depending on its source of intake.
