This weekend we were at the Montreux Trail Festival to share this highlight of the Swiss trail-running scene with you. Despite the bad weather, 1,500 runners took to the trails of the Vaud Riviera. The routes were designed by Diego Pazos and Cédric Agassis, founders of the “Dénivelé positif” association behind the Montreux Trail Festival. Thanks to the volunteers and the friendly atmosphere, the trail runners were able to enjoy these festive races to the full.
Algorigin was at the trail village to introduce you to Spirulina Elixir, a health solution particularly well suited to athletes. The trail runners appreciated its ability to optimise recovery.

ARTHUR JOYEUX-BOUILLON
A warm welcome to Arthur, Algorigin’s new ambassador. Congratulations on his 1st place at the MXAlps (55 km, 4,200 m D+) – we wish him a long and successful journey on the trails!
I take Algorigin’s Spirulina Elixir before and during the race to fight fatigue and cramps, and pure spirulina during and after for faster recovery.

LAWRENCE LAUGHERY
Despite an injury early in the season, Lawrence volunteered at the event. He regularly takes our 100% natural spirulina and Klamath!
The Montreux Trail Festival is a warm, family-friendly and festive event. This year it was joined by Algorigin, which fits perfectly with the spirit and values of trail running.
