In powder or tablet form, seaweed can be enjoyed for breakfast or dinner, with energizing spirulina smoothie bowls or an appetizer spread with fresh cheese and spirulina. For lunch, the spirulina, basil and sesame toasts accompanied by poached eggs are an excellent choice, as is the diet salad with kale, cranberries and spirulina, or the special cold velouté vitality with avocado, cucumber and spirulina. For dinner, you can enjoy a light tabbouleh with parsley and spirulina, zucchini tagliatelle with spirulina-based pesto.
INGREDIENTS

400 ml coconut milk

2 tablespoons of Algorigin Organic Spirulina powder

80 g agave syrup or maple syrup

50 g chopped dark chocolate
PREPARATION

In a blender or bowl, mix the coconut milk, spirulina powder and syrup until you obtain a homogeneous and slightly whipped texture.

Add the grated dark chocolate to the mixture and mix gently to distribute it evenly.

Pour the mixture into a container suitable for freezing.

Place the container in the freezer for at least 3 hours, until the ice cream is set.

Before serving, remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to soften slightly.

Serve the spirulina ice cream in cups or bowls, accompanied by a few pieces of grated dark chocolate.
